Prayer, reading the Quran, Shadaqoh & Tahlil for the Dead

Prayer, reading the Quran, Shadaqoh & Tahlil for the DeadDoes prayer, reading the Quran, tahlil and shadaqoh it will reward up to the dead? In this case there is a class that is to say that prayer, reading the Quran, tahlil and shadaqoh not until the reward to the dead by reason of their argument, as follows:
وان ليس لللاءنسن الا ماسعى

والذين جاءوامن بعد هم يقولون ربنااغفرلنا ولاءخونناالذين سبقونا بالاءيمن
"And those who came after them, saying: Well our Lord, forgive us and forgive our brothers who preceded us in faith." (Surah Al-Hashr 59: 10)
In this case the relationship with the believers who believe not drop out of the World until the hereafter.
واستغفرلذنبك وللمؤمنين والمؤمنت
"And you ask for forgiveness (O Muhammad) for your sins and the sins of the believers men and women." (Surah Muhammad 47: 19)
سأل رجل النبى صل الله عليه وسلم فقال يارسول الله ان امى ماتت افينفعها ان تصدقت عنها? قال نعم
"Asking a man to the Prophet: O Messenger of Allah indeed my mother died, is it worth for me, if saua alms for him? He replied; yaa useful to your mother. "(Abu Dawud).
And many are the arguments that reinforce that the dead still have prayer manfa'at acts of others. Verse 39 Surat An-Najm above can also be taken intent, that in general the right of a person is what he is doing, so that one does not rely on those acts, but by no means eliminate unlawful for anyone to anyone else.

In the interpretation of ath-Thobari also described, from a friend Ibn Abbas, that the verse has in-law mansukh or replaced:
عن ابنى عباس: قوله تعالى وأن ليس للاءنسن الا ما سعى فأنزل الله بعد هذا: والذين أمنواواتبعتهم ذريتهم باءيمن ألحقنابهم ذريتهم فأدخل الله الأبناء بصلاح الاباءالجنة
"From the companions of Ibn Abbas in the word of Allah is not for man but what has been done, then Allah revealed the verse letter of At-Thuur; 21. "And those who believe, and that their offspring follow them in faith, we arrange a meeting with their children and grandchildren, the children of God enter into heaven because of the good parent."
Syaekhul Imam Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah in the Book Majmu 'Fatawa vol 24, said: "People who say that prayer is not up to the dead and good deeds, the reward is not up to the dead," they were experts heresy, because The scholars have agreed that mayyit got manfa'at of prayer and the living righteous deeds.
