The introduction of Islam among the Chinese community in Indonesia is growing. This was reflected in the acceptance of Chinese families towards family members who are Muslim.
"Alhamdulillah, Chinese families increasingly open to Islam," said board Lauzte Mosque, Jakarta, Yusman Alfian, told Republika on Tuesday (27/12).
According Yusman, this condition is certainly easier for proselytizing among the community Tiongha homeland. Therefore, previous experience is normal among the Chinese, the rejection of the family if one member of his family embrace Islam.
"Now, families increasingly active in seeking information about Islam. For, is a condition of the family to their children who want to embrace Islam to live by its precepts really well," he said.

Problem challenges ahead, said the briefing Yusman religious teachings of Islam to the converts need to be strengthened. With a strong basic foundation, any problems that occur, God willing, the converts could deal with it.
