Position Prayer In Islam
"Islam is built upon five (cases): the testimony that there is no god has the right to be worshiped but Allah and Muhammad is theMessenger of Allah, establishing prayer, issued alms, pilgrimage to the Mecca, and fasting Ramadan."
The entire Islamic Ummah agreed that people who deny the necessity of prayer, so he disbelieved in and out of Islam. But they disagree about the people who still believe in the prayer withits legal obligations.
Because their dispute is the existence of a number of hadith of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam who call people wholeave prayer as unbelievers, without distinguishing between those who deny and lazy to do it.
From Jabir radi anhu, he said that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihiwa sallam said: "Surely (boundary) between shirk and kufrsomeone with the prayer.
"From Buraidah, he said," I heard the Messenger sallallaahu'alaihi wa sallam said:' The agreement between us and them isprayer. Whoever left it, then he has disbelieved. '"But what rajih ofthe opinions of the scholars', that is the kufr here is a minor Kufrwhich does not issue from religion. This is the result of a compromise between these hadiths with some other traditions.
